Classic Sears Malibu Blue Manual Typewriter 1972 Works Great

Classic "cerulean blue" Malibu typewriter, manufactured in Portugal by as a Sears branded version, in great working shape and with the original hard shell. Early 1972, per the serial number. It (of course) needs a fresh ribbon, but appears to be fully and properly functioning, and it's also quite clean on the inside (lint is always a problem! Not here...). Some yellowing to the white border, fading to the blue on the bottom (but not the body, it's as blue as new) and one spot of loss to the metal wrap on the back (pictured) but beyond those minor cosmetic blemishes it's in fantastic shape, lights up an office or room, and works, to boot!
