Vintage Carved Camphor Wood Trunk Ornate Hand Carving 1970s 27x15x13

A lovely vintage camphor wood trunk, and a complete mash-up of Asian and Western motifs, right down to the Egyptian style bracket feet. It features a gathering of European men on the top and front, conversing at a table behind an open curtain? Asian landscape scenes dominate the rest, all deeply carved in what can only be called a folk art style. These were made in the 1970s and 80s for the Western market (don't buy any claims of their being 100 years old) and are perfect for storage, and it looks amazing! Shipping will be much less than the USPS estimate via UPS or FedEx. A perfect, manageable size, 27 inches long and about 15 tall.
