Antique croquet set for use or display, with original polychrome paint. Stake are 24 inches, mallets 28. The older balls have a few chunks missing, as shown in photos. The stand and mallets, and the textured ball, are of a piece; the longer mallets, balls, and wickets are from an earlier set. All show wear and tear from a century's use, but good overall shape.
