An antique butter churn, circa 1900, in fine shape. Originally from North Carolina (it was my great-grandmother's so I know). It's lost a couple of iron bands, but retains enough wire bales and the top band to be solid. Mouse damage around the hole (it was used to store birdseed for years), but that's pretty much expected in a churn of this age. Great for storage and decoration in one! A nice example of a bygone everyday classic.... 40 inches to the top of the dasher, 12 across the base, 9 across the top. Shipping via UPS or FedEx, and likely a good bit lower than the USPS estimate.
