Pair of vintage Summit Art Glass Oscar the Lion figurines or paperweights. One's a lovely pearly milk opalescent color with purple-clear swirls of glass, the other a deep caramel with great cream stripes, tinged with blue. Manufactured in the 1980s most likely; the company was owned by Russ Vogelsong and his wife JoAnn, and used molds they acquired from other companies, but has the standard "V" and "G.D." on the base. Oscar was one of their more popular characters, and these are great examples, two for one!
Both measure approx. 2-1/4" tall, 4-5/8" long x 2-1/8" wide, each weighs six and a half ounces. No chips or damage.
